By participating in the extreme sports competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. It is important that you read this participation disclaimer carefully before registering and engaging in any activities associated with the Competition.

 

1. Assumption of Risks:

1.1. The nature of extreme sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, disability, paralysis, property damage, and even death. You acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily and understand the potential dangers involved in participating in the Competition.

1.2. You understand that the extreme sports activities in the Competition may be physically demanding and require a certain level of fitness, skill, and experience. You are solely responsible for assessing your abilities and determining your suitability for participation.

 

2. Safety Measures and Equipment:

2.1. You agree to comply with all safety guidelines, rules, and regulations established by the organizers of the Competition.

2.2. You understand that wearing appropriate safety gear and equipment, such as helmets, pads, protective clothing, and other recommended safety devices, is essential for minimizing the risks associated with extreme sports. You agree to wear such safety gear as required by the Competition organizers.

 

3. Medical Condition and Fitness:

3.1. You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions or injuries that could be aggravated or worsened by participating in the Competition.

3.2. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional and obtain a medical clearance before engaging in any extreme sports activities associated with the Competition.

 

4. Release of Liability:

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, partners, employees, agents, and volunteers associated with the Competition from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, costs, and damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Competition, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.

4.2. This release of liability extends to any claims arising from the negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct of the organizers, sponsors, partners, employees, agents, and volunteers associated with the Competition.

 

5. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, partners, employees, agents, and volunteers associated with the Competition from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Competition or any breach of the terms outlined in this participation disclaimer.

 

6. Photography and Media:

You acknowledge and consent to the use of photographs, videos, or any other media taken during the Competition for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes by the organizers without any compensation to you.

 

By participating in the extreme sports competition, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this participation disclaimer. You acknowledge that this disclaimer shall be binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not participate in the Competition.
